Categories of data processed

Through the contact and availability request forms we collect: first name, surname, email address, telephone number, stay dates, number of guests, requested accommodation and message. Such data is provided voluntarily by the user in order to receive information or quotations.

The website may also collect technical browsing data (IP address, browser, pages visited) through server logs and, with consent, analytical and marketing tools described in the Cookie Policy.

Purposes and legal basis

  • Responding to requests — performance of pre-contractual measures at the data subject's request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Website security — legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Analytics and marketing — only with explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Retention

Form data is retained for as long as necessary to respond to the request and, where a booking is completed, for the applicable statutory periods. Technical logs are retained for limited and proportionate periods.
