What is the cancellation policy?

Confirmed bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date. For cancellations within 7 days of arrival, or in case of no-show, the first night's rate will be charged. Different conditions may apply for promotional packages and high-season stays; these will be communicated at the time of confirmation. For changes or cancellations, please contact us by phone or email.
